Thank you for shopping with VF Smart Trade LLC ("we", "us", "our"). This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing the shipping and delivery of products purchased from our Shopify store (the "Store"). By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms set forth below. We strive to provide reliable, transparent shipping services to ensure your orders arrive safely and on time.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after we receive your order confirmation. Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays (e.g., New Year’s Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day[5][6].
Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time and does not include delivery days. During peak seasons (e.g., Black Friday, Cyber Monday, holiday season), order processing may take up to 3-4 business days due to high order volume, and we will notify you of any significant delays via email.

2. Shipping Destinations

2.1 Domestic Shipping (United States)

We currently offer shipping to all 50 U.S. states, U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands), and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. We comply with all applicable U.S. shipping regulations, including the Jones Act for domestic water transportation when applicable.

2.2 International Shipping

We ship to select international destinations; eligible countries are displayed at checkout. Please note that international shipping is subject to additional regulations, including customs duties, taxes, and import fees, which are the sole responsibility of the recipient (see Section 6 for details). As of August 29, 2025, de minimis rules do not apply to shipments to the United States, and duties/taxes apply to all U.S. imports regardless of value.
We reserve the right to restrict shipping to certain countries due to legal restrictions, shipping carrier limitations, or high risk of delivery issues. If your country is not eligible for shipping, it will be indicated at checkout.

3. Shipping Methods, Costs, and Delivery Times

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address, order weight, and selected shipping method. We partner with trusted carriers including USPS, FedEx, and UPS to ensure reliable delivery[7]. Below are our standard shipping options for domestic orders:

3.1 Free Shipping Offer

We offer free Standard Ground Shipping on domestic orders with a subtotal (before taxes and discounts) of $50 or more. This offer applies only to continental U.S. addresses and excludes APO/FPO/DPO, U.S. territories, and international orders. Free shipping does not apply to expedited or overnight shipping methods.

3.2 International Shipping Details

International shipping costs are calculated at checkout and include shipping fees only (not customs duties, taxes, or import fees). Estimated international delivery times range from 7-14 business days, depending on the destination country and customs processing. Delivery times may be extended due to customs delays, which are beyond our control.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email to the email address associated with your order. This email will include a unique tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website, where you can monitor the status of your delivery in real time.
For domestic orders, tracking information is typically available within 24 hours of shipping. For international orders, tracking may be limited depending on the destination and carrier. If you do not receive a tracking number within 3 business days of order processing, please contact our customer support team.

5. Shipping Restrictions and Limitations

  • P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO Addresses: We ship to P.O. Boxes via USPS only. APO/FPO/DPO orders are shipped via USPS and may have extended delivery times (7-10 business days). Expedited and overnight shipping is not available to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
  • Prohibited Items: We do not ship prohibited items, including but not limited to hazardous materials, alcohol, ammunition, and perishable goods, in compliance with carrier and federal regulations. If you attempt to order a prohibited item, we reserve the right to cancel your order and issue a full refund.
  • Large/Heavy Items: Some large or heavy items may be subject to additional shipping fees, which will be indicated at checkout. These items may also have extended delivery times.

6. Customs, Duties, and Import Fees (International Orders)

All international orders are subject to customs inspection, duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by the destination country. These fees are not included in your order total or shipping cost and are the sole responsibility of the recipient. We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs processing or for paying these fees.
To avoid delays, all international orders require a valid Harmonized System (HS) code, and product descriptions must be detailed and in plain language. We will provide accurate product information on the shipping label to facilitate customs clearance, but compliance with local customs regulations is the recipient’s responsibility.

7. Delivery Issues

7.1 Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the carrier confirms delivery (as indicated by the tracking information). If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please contact the shipping carrier first to file a claim. If the carrier cannot resolve the issue, please contact us with your order number and tracking information, and we will assist you in escalating the claim.

7.2 Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the damaged packaging and products, then contact our customer support team at support@vfsmarttradellc.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and offer a replacement or full refund (including shipping costs) at our discretion.

7.3 Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. If you provide an incorrect or incomplete address and the package is returned to us, you will be responsible for any additional shipping fees to reship the order. If the package is not claimed or returned to us as undeliverable, we will issue a refund (excluding original shipping costs) after the package is returned to our warehouse.

8. Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to: carrier delays, weather conditions, customs hold-ups, peak season volume, or technical issues. We are not liable for any damages or losses caused by shipping delays, and we will notify you of any significant delays that affect your order.

9. Changes to Shipping Policy

VF Smart Trade LLC reserves the right to modify or update this Shipping Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated policy on our Store. We encourage you to review this policy periodically before placing an order. Your continued use of our Store after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
